My
research is focused on creating new technologies
to advance genomics and genetics research. I
am helping in designing a new generation synthesizer
for 5 megapixel DNA microarrays. I have drafted
and modeled the maskless array synthesizer optical
system in ZEMAX optical modeling software.
My research involves a combination of engineering,
biochemistry and bioinformatics, applied to
problems in genomics.
