Abstract This seminar will focus on the administration of NIH NRSA predoc and postdoc individual fellowships. The seminar will cover UW and NIH post-award policies, budgetary issues, forms, reports and the year-end financial close-out process. Time will be available for questions and a general discussion of the administration of F grants.

Abstract This seminar will address the legal issues that may need to be resolved before the University can accept sponsored research agreements. Specific examples of contract and grant provisions that most commonly are an issue between the university and a sponsor will be discussed. The presentation will last approximately one hour. An open discussion period will follow for those who wish to stay.
