their science outreach in formal and non-formal science Outreach. |

Cornell's Science Center is also recommended as a model by NSF staff. |

UC, Berkeley's Lawrence Hall of Science is a model for campus-based facilities
for science outreach driven by scientists. |

The California Science Center opens its new $140 million facility in February.
Located in Los Angels next to the campus of the University of Southern California,
the science center is also partnering with Cal Tech. |
