The Bio-Rad Bio-Plex^® 200 system uses flow cytometry to count fluorescently coded beads conjugated to antibodies or oligonucleotides. Combining multiple unique beads into one well allows for multiplex processing of cytokines, phosophoproteins, mRNA, or gDNA.  This bead based technology supports a number of assays from various vendors.

Cost for instrument use is $100.00 per hour for UW Madison researchers.
