Roche LightCycler 480 Real-Time PCR Instrument


Roche with Twister II

The GEC is happy to announce the availability of the Roche LightCycler 480 to the UW-Madison community. This Instrument supports a variety of applications as well as 96 and 384 well plate formats. Walk away high throughput sample handling is facilitated with the Twister II automated plate handling system. The cost of running the instrument is $30.00 per ready-to-go plate.

 

Users must be trained on the Roche LC 480 prior to independent usage.  Cost of training is $73 / hour.  To schedule a training, contact GEC staff at gecinfo@biotech.wisc.edu.
