Illumina HiSeq 2000

The Gene Expression Center in collaboration with the  DNA sequencing facility  offers gene expression services for the Illumina HiSeq 2000.

Run time varies from 3-10 days depending on the desired read length, and data output is 3-20 Gbases per lane.

The GEC currently supports both the TruSeq small RNA, directional RNA sequencing, and TruSeq RNA applications.
