Partek’s Genomic Suite data analysis software is now available on the UW- Madison Campus.

The GEC has a floating license for Partek’s Genomic Suite data analysis software, which can be accessed by campus users for a flat fee. Partek’s Genomic Suite software supports the analysis of both microarray and next generation sequencing platforms. A floating license allows the researcher access to the software from the convenience of their lab or office. Partek Genomic Suite runs on both the MAC and PC platforms.
