- Just wanted to follow up with you after our campus visit to the
Bio-Tech Center on Saturday, April 26, 2003. Your student Annika did an
excellent job leading our group of elementary age 4-H After School
members through a series of experiments. The children were so excited
to learn how to use the pipettes and extract DNA from Wheat Germ.

- Our
visit to Campus was the perfect end to our day long field trip to
Madison which also included stops at the Vilas Zoo, a Kids in the
Crossroads Performance at the Civic Center and a walking tour of the
State Capital.

- It was really an eye opening experience for our 4-H
members from Beloit as none of them had ever had an opportunity to have
such fun with science before. We are hopeful this field trip will help
encourage our students in many positive ways.

- Thanks again for providing this wonderful opportunity for youth on
campus. We are hoping to plan another visit soon!
