The best method of sample collection is immediate flash-freezing followed by storage at -80C. RNA preservatives such as RNA Later can be used but may interfere with processing of the samples.
We request 2-3 representative samples for optimization purposes.
When submitting samples you must include a digital copy of the RNA Extraction Submission Form and excel sample spreadsheet with sample names e-mailed to firstname.lastname@example.org.

All RNA is checked for quality on the Agilent Bioanalyzer and purity on the NanoDrop One Spectrophotometer. Results of the QC will be emailed to the user upon completion of the extraction. QC results will be approved by the user prior to continuation of any assays
